Hi Everyone,

Meher Baba said,
"To penetrate into the essence of all being and significance, and to release the fragrance of that inner attainment for the guidance and benefit of others, by expressing, in the world of forms, truth, love, purity and beauty - this is the sole game which has any intrinsic and absolute worth. All other happenings, incidents and attainments can, in themselves, have no lasting importance."

These words are often on my mind and an amazing guide for life. First "to penetrate into the essence of all being and significance" - the first focus being that relationship with the Great Mystery - God, if you will, the Source. This experience of the Divine may or may not appear in the world of forms but is FIRST and supremely important.

We live in the world of forms, however, so Baba guides us that "the sole game which has any intrinsic and absolute worth" is "to release the fragrance …by expressing, in the world of forms, truth, love, purity and beauty." This is a great guide for all artists and all who live artfully. Such clarity and sure direction….

I hope that this website can lead one in that direction - towards some of that truth, love, purity and beauty. Through the music, the writing, the information about Polarity, the information about Meher Baba, the photography in the blog, the info. and pictures about my work with children and elders….. it's a picture of my life at a static moment in time, but I hope it touches into a more infinite possibility.

With all love to each and all of you. And with hope that I will hear from some of you - through sharing my CDs, for sessions, a chance to do music at your facility or to share a thought and a prayer together.

A LITTLE BIO AND GUIDE TO MY SITE:

My practice is in Chapel Hill, NC. To set an appointment, go to the sessions with Gabriella Tal page. I run music programs for seniors and music programs for children. I've made some CDs and tapes of my music. You can listen to them on the page CD page. Some of my prose and poetry are on the Writing Page for you to look at too. Most significantly, I am deeply inspired and guided by Meher Baba, my spiritual Master and on this page,I've collected some of his writings and links to other websites about him. The Polarity page explains more about how Polarity Therapy works. The APP Scheduled Topics and RPP Scheduled Topics pages let you know what is taught in the Listening Hands Polarity program. My classes are accredited by the American Polarity Therapy Association and provide certification at both the Associate and Registered levels.
